  •  Wu Dengyun, male, born in 1949, in Gaoyou in Jiangsu Province. He graduated from the predecessor of Medical College of Yangzhou University- Yangzhou Medical College in 1963. After graduation, he has volunteered to serve in state-levle poverty-stricken county Wuqia on Pamirs in Xinjiang Autonomous Region for 39 years. During that period, he has saved a number of patients in critical condition, cultivated lots of native Kirgiz doctors and built a garden-style hospital. He is hailed as White Sage in Wuqia due to his contribution to the development of local medicine and harmony between peoples in Xinjiang Autonomous Region.

     

  • Liu Xiufan, male, was born in May 1941. Jingjiang City, Jiangsu Province. Chinese Academy of Engineering, Professor of Yangzhou Univeristy and PhD supervisor. Director of the key laboratory of poultry diseases in the Ministry of Agriculture. He was doing research about the biotechnology in Michigan State University, USA. And He was a visiting professor in poultry disease and oncology research institute of the United States Department of Agriculture and National Institutes of Health, USA. 

  • Huang Lixin, female, born in August 1962, Standing Committee of Jiangsu Province, Secretary Municipal Committee of Wuxi City. She graduated from the  school of hydraulic, energy and power engineering of Yangzhou University.

  • Li Bin, male, Han Chinese, a member of Communist Party of China. He was born in December, 1965 in Jingjiang,  Jiangsu. He is the dean and professor of College  of Information Engineering, YZU and supervisor of Ph.D candidates. He is a member of Computer Discipline Commission National College Teaching Research Association and senior member of China Computer Federation. He is a commissioner in Discipline of System Software in China Computer Federation, Service Computing Discipline commission and Electronic Political Affairs Commission. He is Director of Jiangsu Computer Federation and Microcomputer Association. He is also a vice-director-rank member of Artificial Intelligence Discipline Commission of Jiangsu Computing Federation , a member of  Gridding & Service Computing Discipline Commission and vice director of Yangzhou Computer Federation.

     

  • Zhou huaijunmale, born in Jiangyan, Jiangsu, China. Associate professor of UC davis, expert in poultry genomics and immunogenetics.

    Research Interests

    Research in immunogenetics, molecular genetics, functional genomics, and bioinformatics in poultry. My group is focused on elucidating the molecular and cellular mechanisms of host-pathogen interaction including disease resistance, immune response, and pathogenesis of infection. The overall goals are to understand genetic regulation of host response and basic mechanisms of pathogen virulence in animals, to identify host and pathogen genes that are involved in the host-pathogen interplay. The pathogens of interest are food-borne bacteria such as Campylobacter and Salmonella and avian influenza virus.

  • Jingxin Chen, Professor,Ph.D. She received her B.E and MSE degree in Mechanical Engineering, and Ph.D. in Vehicle Engineering, respectively in 1982, 1990 and 2006. As a senior visiting scholar she made an academic visit to SMW Manufacturing Science Research Center at University of Michigan, Viterbi School at University of Southern California in U.S.A., and made a cooperative research in Hochschule Esslingen and Schuler Cartec GmbH & CO.KG successively. Currently, she is an Academic leader and Specialty Director of Vehicle Engineering of Yangzhou University, Director of Automotive Engineering technology centre of Digital Design and Manufacturing in Yangzhou City. She was elected sponsors ofJiangsu Qing Lan Talent Project and "Jiangsu Six Peak Talent Project.

    Teaching courses: "Modern car design theory and methods", "mechanical manufacturing technology", "21st Century Manufacturing.

    Research Projects: presides a dozen projects from national, ministerial and provincial authorities; publishes more than 40 papers in the domestic and international academic journals, EI indexed more than 10 times; The second level Award of Science and Technology Progress of Yangzhou City, One National software copyright,Four Utility Model patents.
